Melissa brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit administration to her role at Kylen Financials. She continues to work as a freelance grant writer with a focus on the arts and accessibility and is also involved in rare disease and disability advocacy. In 2025, Melissa and her family relocated to Lancaster from the Lehigh Valley, where they are restoring their 100-year-old home and getting to know their new community. Melissa enjoys exploring Lancaster’s libraries, museums, and thrift stores with her family.
